Temporary floor space in the common area is available to non-profit organizations. There is no charge for space to organizations that meet Shopping Centre criteria.

A $2 million liability certificate of insurance is a pre-requisite.

Temporary floor space in the common area is available to lease on daily or weekly basis.

Rate Schedule* based on a 10' x 10' floor space:

• Weekly - $500 to $800 per week
• Daily - $100 (excluding weekends)
• Weekend - $150 per day
• Saturday and Sunday - $250
• Christmas - $1,000 per week

* rates subject to change without notice.
